1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the brtking platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between brtking and its users. It is therefore important to read the full Terms & Conditions carefully before you start using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. brtking reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• brtking's services are for personal and recreational use only.
• The platform may not be used for professional or commercial purposes.
• The platform may not be used from outside Bangladesh or from legally prohibited countries.
• These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account & Registration

To open an account with brtking, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address submitted at registration must be verifiable and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal information is strictly prohibited. brtking reserves the right to verify accounts at any time and may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment-related documents.

• Minimum registration age: 18 years.
• A maximum of one account is permitted per person.
• Keep your account password strong and confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify brtking support immediately.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits at brtking can be made via mobile banking, direct bank transfer, or approved e-wallets. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though occasional delays may occur due to banking processing times.

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verified accounts are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification and can take up to 24–48 hours.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in another person's name are not permitted.
• brtking does not impose any additional charges on transactions; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Brtking regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

A wagering requirement is the condition by which bonus funds must be bet a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may have a specific time limit for claiming.
• A maximum bet limit applies to all bets placed using a bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering — slots typically contribute 100% and Live Casino games may contribute 10%–20%.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be canceled and the account closed.
• brtking reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change the terms of any promotion.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on brtking operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is entirely random and unbiased. Third-party auditors regularly test and verify these games.

In the event of any technical issue during Live Casino games, such as disconnection or server error, brtking will use their log data to determine the outcome of that round. In such cases, brtking's decision will be considered final.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the bet will not be voided — the outcome recorded on the server stands.
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or canceled.
• Winnings of unusual amounts due to software errors may be voided.
• brtking reserves the right to review any game round.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the brtking platform. These rules exist to ensure a fair and safe environment for all players.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse — attempting to take advantage without fulfilling bonus terms.
• Chargeback fraud — attempting to reclaim a deposit by filing a dispute with your bank after the transaction.
• Hacking, or using bots or scripts on brtking's software.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds of illegal origin.
• Cheating or colluding with other players.
• Harassing or threatening brtking staff.

7 Responsible Gaming

Brtking believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or emotional stress. That is why we prioritize responsible gaming and provide players with a range of tools to stay in control.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum amount for each bet.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the maximum amount you can lose within a specific period.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for 6 months to 5 years or permanently.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Brtking reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. This is typically done in cases of terms violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Under normal circumstances, users will be notified before an account is closed.

• You can close your account at any time.
• If your account is closed with a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it, provided no terms violations have occurred.
• Inactive accounts — with no activity for 12 months — will be marked as dormant.
• A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from dormant accounts.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with brtking, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 24–48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may use our formal dispute resolution process.

• All complaints must be submitted in writing.
• brtking will provide an initial response within 5 business days.
• Complex disputes may take up to 30 days to investigate and resolve.
• You may appeal brtking's final decision to an independent arbitration body.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Brtking reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or a platform notification.

• The new terms will take effect from the date of change.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the last update will always be listed at the top of this page.
